Our ever curious minds questions the way things are done on daily basis. Some of us have been entrepreneurs through which we have learnt the importance of customer support and saw the gap in the market. We have also come to understand that businesses still stick with older ways of marketing even in new mediums like Mobile Apps and Websites mostly due to lack of knowledge in their marketing team and senior management. This has prompted us to think about the way live chat is done so we started working on finding ways to improve the way businesses interact with their customers in Mobile Apps, Web Sites and other social products.

We have come to understand that even though live chat is offered for more than a decade, the way businesses perceive it has not changed.
